We are a family operated and locally based business here on Vancouver island and have been crafting custom cedar furniture for over 10 yr's now! HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

speak with our craftsman directly, whom will confirm all measurements,design concepts and finishes
75% of total order is required to confirm and start the project
(if more items are added onto the initial order at a later date during the build process,
then a deposit is required for those as well)
* why 75% deposit: Most other builders request 100%-50%,we work with 75% to purchase our materials and pay ourselves while working on your project, we know how valuable it is to be comfortable and in a stress free state of mind while creating our works of functional art.
When your order is placed, you will be given a detailed invoice including
the completion date for pick up or delivery

POLICIES and MAINTENANCE
Their is a deposit required for all items ordered
**their are no returns and or cancellations on custom orders once the deposit is confirmed.**
If they are not picked up by the client, we deliver all items personally and the client is advised to state any questions or concerns at that time
if damage or defects occur at a later date, keep your receipt for proof of purchase and we will make our best efforts to help better your situation, unless the damage has occured from mis care of the product:
example: exposure to extreme cold or extreme heat .
used for purposes other than what it was built for.
not properly maintained
example: all products should be cleaned with a non-caustic mild soap and warm water once and a while
outdoor items: should be washed free of any dirt,dust,pollen,salt water etc....
ice and snow kept off
we now use SIKKENS cetol SRD for all outdoor finishes.
easy for you to maintain by re applying each season,brushes on like tung oil and wipes off evenly after settling in for 10 minutes with a clean,lint free rag. Apply in the shade,never apply stain in the direct sunlight.
clear varathanes do not last outdoors when exposed to all the elements, they blister and peel away after a while.
Sikkens on the other hand has a wonderful mildew and water resistant oil to it and weathers very well and comes in a choice of many colors/shading.
it is a semi transclucent oil stain so you still get to enjoy the highlighted grain of the beautiful wood.
keep in mind once your order is placed that we are happy to speak with you any time regarding the project progress,but remind you that your project is one of a few projects going on at one time, we are generally always working on about 3-5 projects at once,from the milling to the final touches. We are pretty busy all the time, crafting as much beauty and uniqueness into each project.
